Toggle Jaw to Toggle Jaw – Open Body
The Hayn Toggle Jaw to Toggle Jaw Open Body turnbuckle pairs articulating toggle jaws at both ends with a chromed bronze open body, combining full angular freedom at every connection point with direct visual access to thread engagement during tensioning and inspection.
Toggle Jaw To Toggle Jaw – Open Body
The chromed bronze open body resists corrosion while letting riggers confirm thread engagement at both ends without removing the fitting, which matters on a standing rigging turnbuckle that carries continuous load but may see infrequent hands-on inspection. The toggle jaw articulates freely to prevent side-loading at the wire end as the rig moves under load, and the integrated swage terminal eliminates a separate wire end fitting from the assembly. Available for imperial wire from 3/32" through 1/2" and metric wire from 3mm through 12mm across 15 imperial and 13 metric configurations, with pin diameters from 1/4" through 3/4" and open lengths from 9-3/4" through 21-5/8" depending on configuration.
