Intermediate Tensioner Turnbuckle Assembly – Traditional Design
The Hayn Intermediate Tensioner Turnbuckle Assembly (Traditional Design) is a Type 316 stainless steel swage-to-swage mid-run tensioning fitting that extends a Traditional cable rail run by up to 40 feet per assembly, available in machine swage and Hayn Grip configurations across wire sizes from 1/8" through 3/8".
Intermediate Tensioner Turnbuckle Assembly – Traditional Design
The Traditional Design version covers a broader wire size range than its Concealed Thread counterpart, extending through 5/16" and 3/8" wire on 1/2-20 thread for heavier structural cable rail applications. Machine swage assemblies are factory assembled to field dimensions by an experienced technician using a hydraulic swaging unit, and require a job site take-off to ensure cables are cut to the correct length before assembly. Hayn Grip configurations are available for 1/8" and 3/16" wire and can be installed on site using only hand tools and a torque wrench, with full installation instructions available on the Hayn website.
