Toggle Jaw System Assemblies

Hayn Toggle Jaw System Assemblies are Traditional Cable Rail end fittings that mount to a post or structural member via a screw connection and provide angular articulation at the wire terminal, available as a turnbuckle assembly or fixed jaw in machine swage, Hayn Grip, and Handy Crimp configurations for wire sizes from 1/8" through 1/4".

The Toggle Jaw Turnbuckle Assembly combines the screw-mount toggle jaw with an integrated tensioning body, providing 2" to 3-3/4" of adjustment range depending on thread size and a 50-foot maximum run length per span. Seven machine swage configurations cover thread sizes from 10-32 through 3/8-24 and wire sizes from 1/8" through 1/4", with Hayn Grip options for 1/8" and 3/16" wire and Handy Crimp options for the same sizes for on-site installation.
