Our Handy Crimp hardware and our Nicopress hand tool shown on this page are for use in low load applications only. When properly installed, these fittings develop approximately 70% of 7×7 cable strength. Please refer to our swage type hardware and professional swaging for high load applications.

The crimping process of this hardware is labor intensive and leaves three distinct crimp marks on the fitting, unlike machine swaging which produces a smooth finish.
