WireTeknik Roll Swager A-400

The WireTeknik A-400 Roll Swager is a compact hydraulic roll swager covering 3/8" through 1-1/8" wire across nine die configurations, designed for large-diameter wire applications where the A-350 reaches its limit, with an optional electric hydraulic pump available separately.

Strong Where It Matters

WireTeknik Roll Swager A-400

The A-400 steps into a different class from the A-series portable machines — at this wire size range, the hydraulic pump is sold separately rather than included, and the pulling tool lineup shifts to an extra large fork with a 24mm pin, a dedicated stud puller, and an A-400 pulling plate sized for large-diameter fitting geometry. Nine die sets cover 3/8" through 1-1/8" in both imperial and metric equivalents, and the nut selection spans 22 configurations from 5/8" through 1-3/8" in imperial and M10 through M36 in metric, covering the full range of large rod and wire rigging thread sizes. Contact Hayn directly to confirm the correct hydraulic pump configuration for your specific application before ordering.

Engineered In America Every Hayn fitting is designed and manufactured at our facility in Rocky Hill, Connecticut — the same American workmanship that has set the standard for stainless steel rigging hardware since 1950.
Cold-Worked Production Hayn fittings are cold-worked, not cast. That distinction matters: the cold-working process refines grain structure, increases fatigue resistance, and produces a fundamentally stronger component — one built to perform when the load comes on it.
ENGINEERED FOR PRECISION SWAGING  Wireteknik swaging machines are built to exacting tolerances — delivering consistent, repeatable results that meet the demands of professional rigging applications. Every Hayn fitting swaged on Wireteknik equipment leaves the shop with the dimensional accuracy and pull strength the job requires.
A TRUSTED NAME IN SWAGING TECHNOLOGY Wireteknik has spent decades refining the science of wire rope termination. Their machines are the standard of choice among serious rigging professionals worldwide — which is exactly why Hayn specifies them. When the fitting has to hold, the equipment that makes it matters.
  • Type 316 stainless steel construction for superior saltwater corrosion resistance
  • Manufactured in Rocky Hill, Connecticut to Hayn's proprietary tolerances
  • Precision-machined using advanced CNC manufacturing equipment

  • Engineered for seamless integration in marine and architectural rigging systems
