WireTeknik Roll Swager A-270

The WireTeknik A-270 Roll Swager is the heaviest-duty portable roll swager in the WireTeknik lineup, covering 3/32" through 1/2" wire across 11 die configurations, with an optional battery drill power unit for field use and the most comprehensive accessory set of any A-series machine.

Strong Where It Matters

WireTeknik Roll Swager A-270

The A-270 is the right choice for riggers and lofts that need to swage the full range of standing rigging wire sizes in the field, extending coverage through 1/2" wire where the A-200 tops out at 5/16". Eleven die sets span 3/32" through 1/2" in both imperial and metric equivalents, and the accessory lineup is the most complete of the three A-series machines, adding a large fork for 16mm pin sizes, a 10-12mm ball puller, a multipurpose pulling tool, and an M12/M20 adaptor alongside the olives, fork pullers, bended links, and smaller ball puller common to the A-200. An optional battery drill power unit is available in place of a hydraulic hand pump for jobs where cordless operation is preferred.

Engineered In America Every Hayn fitting is designed and manufactured at our facility in Rocky Hill, Connecticut — the same American workmanship that has set the standard for stainless steel rigging hardware since 1950.
Cold-Worked Production Hayn fittings are cold-worked, not cast. That distinction matters: the cold-working process refines grain structure, increases fatigue resistance, and produces a fundamentally stronger component — one built to perform when the load comes on it.
ENGINEERED FOR PRECISION SWAGING  Wireteknik swaging machines are built to exacting tolerances — delivering consistent, repeatable results that meet the demands of professional rigging applications. Every Hayn fitting swaged on Wireteknik equipment leaves the shop with the dimensional accuracy and pull strength the job requires.
A TRUSTED NAME IN SWAGING TECHNOLOGY Wireteknik has spent decades refining the science of wire rope termination. Their machines are the standard of choice among serious rigging professionals worldwide — which is exactly why Hayn specifies them. When the fitting has to hold, the equipment that makes it matters.
  • Type 316 stainless steel construction for superior saltwater corrosion resistance
  • Manufactured in Rocky Hill, Connecticut to Hayn's proprietary tolerances
  • Precision-machined using advanced CNC manufacturing equipment

  • Engineered for seamless integration in marine and architectural rigging systems

  • Short lead times on both standard and custom components
