Toggle Jaw and Open Body
The Hayn Toggle Jaw and Open Body turnbuckle pairs an articulating Type 316 stainless steel toggle jaw with a chromed bronze open body, combining angular freedom at the chainplate end with direct visual access to thread engagement during tensioning and inspection.
Toggle Jaw and Open Body
This is the open body counterpart to the closed body toggle jaw turnbuckle, offering the same articulating jaw geometry and wire size coverage with the added benefit of visible thread engagement at both ends during dockside tensioning and inspection. The chromed bronze open body resists corrosion while preventing galling at the threaded interface, and the toggle jaw articulates freely to prevent side-loading as the rig moves under load. Available in six configurations with pin diameters from 1/4" through 3/4", open lengths from 7-5/8" through 17-7/16", and wire diameter compatibility from 3/32" through 1/2".
