Threaded T-Bolt Toggle Jaws
Hayn Threaded T-Bolt Toggle Jaws are Type 316 stainless steel articulating jaw turnbuckle ends available in right and left hand thread configurations with and without retaining pin hole, covering thread sizes from 1/4-28 through 3/4-16 for standing rigging and architectural cable applications.
Threaded T-Bolt Toggle Jaws
The T-bolt jaw geometry provides a wider jaw face than a standard toggle jaw of equivalent pin diameter, distributing the load across a broader bearing surface at the connection point — a meaningful advantage in higher-load applications where minimizing stress concentration at the pin interface matters. Open body versions include a retaining pin hole for cotter or ring pin retention; closed body versions omit the hole for a cleaner profile where positive pin retention is handled by the turnbuckle body geometry. Both right and left hand configurations are stocked across all six thread sizes from 1/4-28 through 3/4-16, with hardware factors from 1-1/2" through 4-3/16" published for all configurations to simplify total assembly length calculations.
