Lifeline Toggle Jaw to Swage – Closed Body

The Hayn Lifeline Toggle Jaw to Swage Closed Body is a Type 316 stainless steel all-in-one lifeline assembly that combines an articulating toggle jaw stanchion end, a closed tubular body turnbuckle, and a swage wire terminal in a single fitting for stanchion-mounted lifeline runs.

The toggle jaw mounts directly to a stanchion pin and articulates freely to prevent side-loading as the lifeline changes angle underway, while the integrated swage terminal eliminates a separate wire end fitting from the assembly and the closed tubular body protects the threaded tensioning mechanism from the marine environment. Consolidating three components into one fitting reduces hardware count, simplifies installation, and removes connection points that would otherwise require individual inspection. Available in machine swage configuration for imperial wire from 1/8" through 1/4" and metric wire from 4mm through 5mm, with Handy Crimp stud options for 1/8" through 3/16" wire, across open lengths from 9-1/2" to 12-1/8" depending on configuration.
