Lifeline Toggle Jaw to Gate Eye Closed Body

The Hayn Lifeline Toggle Jaw to Gate Eye Closed Body is a Type 316 stainless steel all-in-one lifeline assembly that combines an articulating toggle jaw stanchion end, a closed tubular body turnbuckle, and a fixed gate eye in a single fitting designed specifically for stanchion-mounted lifeline gate installations.

Strong Where It Matters

Lifeline Toggle Jaw to Gate Eye – Closed Body

The toggle jaw end mounts directly to a stanchion pin and articulates freely to prevent side-loading as the lifeline changes angle underway, while the gate eye end provides a clean, fixed connection point for pelican hooks and interlocking gate eyes. The closed tubular body protects the threaded tensioning mechanism from the marine environment, reducing long-term maintenance requirements. Available in three configurations with pin diameters from 1/4" through 3/8", covering wire sizes from 3/32" through 1/4", with open lengths from 11" to 13-3/4" depending on size.

Engineered In America Every Hayn fitting is designed and manufactured at our facility in Rocky Hill, Connecticut — the same American workmanship that has set the standard for stainless steel rigging hardware since 1950.
Cold-Worked Production Hayn fittings are cold-worked, not cast. That distinction matters: the cold-working process refines grain structure, increases fatigue resistance, and produces a fundamentally stronger component — one built to perform when the load comes on it.
Precision Manufacturing Our Rocky Hill production floor runs CNC vertical mills, CNC lathes, large-capacity mill-turn centers, and waterjet cutting systems — all configured to produce hardware that meets exact specifications, every time.
75+ Years of Excellence Hayn has been engineering and manufacturing marine and architectural rigging hardware since 1950. That track record isn't just history, it's the design knowledge, failure data, and continuous improvement that goes into every product we make.
