NAVTEC BY HAYN

The NAVTEC K150 Tang/C651 Turnbuckle Combination is a pre-matched assembly based on the K150 Micro Stemball Tang design system, commonly used on jumper assemblies, that ships with two caps, two cup washers, and one tie bar to ensure all components are correctly sized for the specific rod size from the outset.

NAVTEC by Hayn - Strong Where It Matters

NAVTEC K150 Tang / C651 Turnbuckle Combination

Ordering the K150 tang and C651 tip turnbuckle as a matched combination eliminates the specification risk of sourcing these components separately, where a mismatch between the tang, cup washer, and turnbuckle part numbers is one of the most common errors in rod rigging assembly. The combination works with cup washers to reduce wear at the ball-to-cup contact surface, and the tie bar keeps the assembly correctly registered during installation. Available in 12 configurations covering NAVTEC rod sizes from -04 through -60, with corresponding C651 tip turnbuckle and K151 cup washer part numbers cross-referenced in the spec table for straightforward ordering.

Engineered In America Every Hayn fitting is designed and manufactured at our facility in Rocky Hill, Connecticut — the same American workmanship that has set the standard for stainless steel rigging hardware since 1950.
Cold-Worked Production Hayn fittings are cold-worked, not cast. That distinction matters: the cold-working process refines grain structure, increases fatigue resistance, and produces a fundamentally stronger component — one built to perform when the load comes on it.
NAVTEC ENGINEERING STANDARDS NAVTEC components are engineered to perform under the exact conditions that demand the most from your rigging — offshore passages, high-load racing applications, and everything in between. Every fitting is precision-machined to tight tolerances, built from high-grade stainless steel, and designed to integrate seamlessly into rod rigging systems where failure is not an option.
YOUR EXCLUSIVE SOURCE FOR NAVTEC Hayn is the sole authorized manufacturer and supplier of NAVTEC rigging components. That means every part you order is made to the original specifications, backed by Hayn's manufacturing expertise, and supported by our team in Rocky Hill. There is no other legitimate source for new NAVTEC product — what you get here is the real thing.
