NAVTEC BY HAYN

The NAVTEC J100 Strap Style Eye Jaw Toggle is a Type 316 stainless steel articulating fitting that combines a fixed eye on one end with a clevis jaw on the other in a low-profile strap body, providing angular freedom at the jaw end across one of the broadest pin diameter ranges in the NAVTEC toggle lineup.

NAVTEC by Hayn - Strong Where It Matters

NAVTEC J100 Strap Style Eye Jaw Toggle

The strap body design gives the J100 a slimmer profile than a forged toggle of equivalent pin size, which is an advantage in installations where fitting clearance is limited at the chainplate or turnbuckle end. Standard clevis style pins are included, and hardware factor dimensions are published for all 12 standard configurations to simplify total assembly length calculations. Pin diameters run from 3/8" through 1-3/4", covering a range that spans small production boat rigging through large offshore and racing applications. Larger sizes and non-standard pin-to-jaw-gap combinations are available on request.

Engineered In America Every Hayn fitting is designed and manufactured at our facility in Rocky Hill, Connecticut — the same American workmanship that has set the standard for stainless steel rigging hardware since 1950.
Cold-Worked Production Hayn fittings are cold-worked, not cast. That distinction matters: the cold-working process refines grain structure, increases fatigue resistance, and produces a fundamentally stronger component — one built to perform when the load comes on it.
NAVTEC ENGINEERING STANDARDS NAVTEC components are engineered to perform under the exact conditions that demand the most from your rigging — offshore passages, high-load racing applications, and everything in between. Every fitting is precision-machined to tight tolerances, built from high-grade stainless steel, and designed to integrate seamlessly into rod rigging systems where failure is not an option.
YOUR EXCLUSIVE SOURCE FOR NAVTEC Hayn is the sole authorized manufacturer and supplier of NAVTEC rigging components. That means every part you order is made to the original specifications, backed by Hayn's manufacturing expertise, and supported by our team in Rocky Hill. There is no other legitimate source for new NAVTEC product — what you get here is the real thing.
