NAVTEC BY HAYN

The NAVTEC H200 High Fatigue Rod Toggle Jaw is a Type 316 stainless steel articulating jaw terminal engineered to minimize bending stress at the rod end fitting interface, making it the correct choice for shroud and stay applications where lead angle variation places continuous fatigue demands on the terminal.

NAVTEC by Hayn - Strong Where It Matters

NAVTEC H200 High Fatigue Rod Toggle Jaw

Where a standard rod jaw assembly transfers bending loads directly into the rod at the terminal interface, the H200 High Fatigue design allows the jaw to articulate through its working arc so that stress is distributed rather than concentrated at a fixed point. This is the same fatigue-reduction principle behind the G200 High Fatigue Rod Eye, and pairing the two fittings at opposite ends of a rod provides consistent fatigue protection throughout the assembly. Available in 12 configurations covering rod sizes from -04 through -60, with pin diameters from 3/8" through 1-1/4" and hardware factors from 2-1/4" through 8-9/16". Larger sizes are available on request.

Engineered In America Every Hayn fitting is designed and manufactured at our facility in Rocky Hill, Connecticut — the same American workmanship that has set the standard for stainless steel rigging hardware since 1950.
Cold-Worked Production Hayn fittings are cold-worked, not cast. That distinction matters: the cold-working process refines grain structure, increases fatigue resistance, and produces a fundamentally stronger component — one built to perform when the load comes on it.
NAVTEC ENGINEERING STANDARDS NAVTEC components are engineered to perform under the exact conditions that demand the most from your rigging — offshore passages, high-load racing applications, and everything in between. Every fitting is precision-machined to tight tolerances, built from high-grade stainless steel, and designed to integrate seamlessly into rod rigging systems where failure is not an option.
YOUR EXCLUSIVE SOURCE FOR NAVTEC Hayn is the sole authorized manufacturer and supplier of NAVTEC rigging components. That means every part you order is made to the original specifications, backed by Hayn's manufacturing expertise, and supported by our team in Rocky Hill. There is no other legitimate source for new NAVTEC product — what you get here is the real thing.
