NAVTEC BY HAYN
The NAVTEC E200 Rod Nose in Type 316 stainless steel is the all-stainless termination fitting for Nitronic 50 rod rigging, connecting the rod to turnbuckle screws and other rigging hardware across the full NAVTEC rod size range from -04 through -60.
NAVTEC E200 Rod Nose – Stainless Steel
The stainless steel version covers the same rod size range as the bronze version and is the right choice for all-stainless assemblies where a mixed-metal interface is not preferred or where the receiving hardware is also stainless. As with the bronze version, correct specification requires matching both the rod size and the thread size of the receiving fitting, and the 13 available configurations cover thread sizes from 3/8-24 through 1-1/4-12 to accommodate the full NAVTEC rod rigging system. The bronze version remains the standard recommendation where galling at the threaded interface is a concern during repeated tensioning and adjustment.
