NAVTEC BY HAYN

The NAVTEC E200 Rod Nose in bronze is the threaded termination fitting that seats at the end of Nitronic 50 rod rigging, connecting the rod to turnbuckle screws and other rigging hardware across the full NAVTEC rod size range from -04 through -60.

NAVTEC E200 Rod Nose – Bronze

The rod nose is a small but load-critical component — it is the interface between the Nitronic 50 rod and the threaded hardware that carries rig tension, and selecting the correct part requires matching both the rod size and the thread size of the receiving fitting. Bronze construction prevents galling at the threaded interface, which matters on a connection that may be tensioned and adjusted repeatedly over the life of the rig. Available in 15 configurations covering rod sizes -04 through -60 with thread sizes from 3/8-24 through 1-1/4-12, and also available in stainless steel for applications where an all-stainless assembly is required.
