NAVTEC BY HAYN

The NAVTEC D531 and D530 Rod Eye End with Toggle are Type 316 stainless steel articulating toggle jaw end fittings for NAVTEC rod turnbuckle assemblies, available in left hand thread (D531) and right hand thread (D530) configurations across 11 rod sizes from -04 through -60.

NAVTEC by Hayn - Strong Where It Matters

NAVTEC D500 Rod Body

The toggle jaw end fits onto the D500 rod body to provide angular articulation at the chainplate connection, allowing the rod assembly to pivot freely and prevent side-loading at the turnbuckle end as the rig moves under load. Selecting the correct thread hand is essential — left hand thread for the D531, right hand for the D530 — to ensure correct engagement with the D500 body threading. Both series cover the same 11 rod sizes from -04 through -60 with identical jaw geometry, pin diameters from 3/8" through 1-1/4", and lengths from 4.59" through 13.87", with both Hayn and legacy NAVTEC part numbers listed for cross-referencing when replacing existing hardware.

Engineered In America Every Hayn fitting is designed and manufactured at our facility in Rocky Hill, Connecticut — the same American workmanship that has set the standard for stainless steel rigging hardware since 1950.
Cold-Worked Production Hayn fittings are cold-worked, not cast. That distinction matters: the cold-working process refines grain structure, increases fatigue resistance, and produces a fundamentally stronger component — one built to perform when the load comes on it.
NAVTEC ENGINEERING STANDARDS NAVTEC components are engineered to perform under the exact conditions that demand the most from your rigging — offshore passages, high-load racing applications, and everything in between. Every fitting is precision-machined to tight tolerances, built from high-grade stainless steel, and designed to integrate seamlessly into rod rigging systems where failure is not an option.
YOUR EXCLUSIVE SOURCE FOR NAVTEC Hayn is the sole authorized manufacturer and supplier of NAVTEC rigging components. That means every part you order is made to the original specifications, backed by Hayn's manufacturing expertise, and supported by our team in Rocky Hill. There is no other legitimate source for new NAVTEC product — what you get here is the real thing.
