NAVTEC BY HAYN
The NAVTEC D500 Rod Body is a Type 316 stainless steel threaded turnbuckle body for NAVTEC rod rigging, available in 12 configurations covering rod sizes from -04 through -60 for builders and riggers who need to source and match body and end fitting components separately.
NAVTEC D500 Rod Body
The D500 is the turnbuckle body component used when assembling a rod turnbuckle from individual parts rather than ordering a complete C550 or C560 assembly, giving riggers and lofts the flexibility to pair it with the specific end fittings their installation requires. Hardware factor dimensions are published for all 12 configurations to simplify total assembly length calculations, with body lengths from 3-3/16" through 8-15/16" and thread sizes from 5/16-24 through 1-1/4-12 covering the full NAVTEC rod size range. Both Hayn and legacy NAVTEC part numbers are listed for straightforward cross-referencing when replacing existing hardware.
