The NAVTEC C550 Rod Turnbuckle with Toggle is a complete toggle jaw turnbuckle assembly for NAVTEC rod rigging, combining an articulating jaw end and threaded tensioning body in a single unit across 12 configurations covering rod sizes from -04 through -60.

NAVTEC C550 Rod Turnbuckle with Toggle

The C550 provides the tension adjustment and chainplate articulation needed at the lower end of a rod rigging shroud or stay in one pre-matched assembly, eliminating the need to source and match the toggle jaw and turnbuckle body separately. The integrated toggle jaw articulates freely to prevent side-loading at the chainplate connection as the rig moves under load, and open lengths from 11.57" through 30.64" with pin diameters from 3/8" through 1-1/4" cover the full span of NAVTEC rod sizes from -04 through -60. Both Hayn and legacy NAVTEC part numbers are listed for straightforward cross-referencing when replacing existing hardware.
