Swage Dimensions Table

Use this reference table to confirm the correct swage outer diameter before and after swaging with the appropriate die set, for both imperial and metric wire sizes. 

Covering wire diameters from 1/16" up to 1" (and 1.5mm to 26mm metric equivalents), the table specifies before-swage and after-swage outer diameters, hole diameter, and hole depth for both standard rigging and lifeline applications. Note that 1/4" and 6mm lifeline fittings require 7/32" (5.5mm) swager dies and specs rather than their nominal size.
